Dr. Donna H. Rhodes
Donna Rhodes è Senior Lecturer del MIT Engineering Systems Division e Principal Research Scientist del MIT Center for Technology Policy and Industrial Development (CTPID). E' cofondatore e Direttore di Ricerca del MIT Systems Engineering Advancement Research Initiative (SEAri), è inoltre ricercatore senior del MIT Lean Advancement Initiative (LAI). Dr. Rhodes ha una esperienza pluriennale nella ricerca di sistemi organizzativi, in particolare nel settore dell'aerospazio, della Difesa e della produzione industrial. Ha copero ruoli di responsabilità in aziende come IBM Federal Systems, Lockheed Martin, and Lucent Technologies.
Dr. Rhodes ha inoltre ricevuto il Ph.D. in Systems Science dalla T.J. Watson School of Engineering at SUNY Binghamton. E' Past President and Fellow of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), e membro del INCOSE's Founders Award e del INCOSE Distinguished Service Awards.

Professor Deborah J. Nightingale
Professor Deborah Nightingale ha una esperienza di 40 anni di lavoro nel campo accademico, consulenziale e d industrial.  Professor Nightingale fa parte del  MIT dal 1997 e ricopre ruoli di responsabilità nel Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Engineering Systems Division. E’ Direttore del Center for Technology, Policy, and Industrial Development e  Co-Direttore del Lean Advancement Initiative. 
Le sue ricerche si sono sviluppate principalmente intorno ai temi della Lean Organization, della Architettura di Impresa e della trasformazione organizzativa.
Ha inoltre ricoperto ruoli apicali in AlliedSignal Engines ed in Wright-Patterson AFB.
Professor Nightingale ha ricevuto il Ph.D. alla Ohio State University in Industrial and Systems Engineering. E’ membro della  National Academy of Engineering e Past-President e Fellow dell’Institute of Industrial Engineers. E’ autore del libro  Lean Enterprise Value: Insights from MIT’s Lean Aerospace Initiative.
